The Provider Network Manager will maintain current contracts with provider network sufficient to meet the needs of service population. This includes Medicaid, Healthy Michigan, and MIChild contracts with the Member Boards and Substance Use Disorder (SUD) providers.

This position is responsible for managing substance use disorder benefits to ensure individuals seeking services have access to and receive necessary, clinically appropriate care in a fiscally responsible and cost-effective manner. Care Managers are responsible for identifying needs, determining levels of care, and referring individuals to appropriate providers. This position will also be responsible for securing appropriate releases of information, responding to requests for information, and making determinations on authorization requests. Care Managers will maximize the supports available to enhance treatment retention, engagement, and recovery outcomes. This position will be located in the Gaylord office.
