The embedded video, produced and hosted by the Consumer Direct Care Network, is designed for the awareness and education of our staff, contractors, and the general public on fraud, waste, and abuse.

CONSUMER DIRECT IS AN AGENCY THAT WORKS WITH INDIVIDUALS SELF-DIRECTING THEIR PERSONAL CARE IN THEIR HOMES AND COMMUNITIES. THIS HOTLINE IS FOR INDIVIDUALS RECEIVING CONSUMER DIRECT SERVICES TO REPORT SUSPECTED FRAUDULENT BEHAVIOR. ALL CASES OF POSSIBLE FRAUD AND PROGRAM ABUSE SHOULD BE REPORTED IMMEDIATELY. CALLERS MAY REMAIN ANONYMOUS.
