The below zip file contains documentation required for proposal submissions for this RFP. Please contact the NMRE if you have trouble accessing these files and their contents. The estimated allocations of this RFP, which are subject to possible changes with final MDHHS confirmation, are as follows:
- Antrim: $24,619.13
- Charlevoix: $27,903.37
- Cheboygan: $27,015.12
- Crawford: $13,792.81
- Emmet: $36,040.71
- Otsego: $26,056.49
- Roscommon: $25,314.74
Providers that currently contract with NMRE for prevention services within these counties and are interested in submitting a proposal will need to complete all documents in the packet as requested. Completed proposals are due to the NMRE by Friday, May 31, 2024.
*NMRE employees will not respond to inquiries submitted via telephone, or visitation by proposing organizations or their representatives. Inquiries will be responded to as described within the RFP document. Providers that currently contract with NMRE for prevention services within these counties and that are interested in submitting a proposal will need to complete all documents in the packet as requested.
